THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS TO RECEIVE THE WELCOME PACK WITH 6 PIECES WITHOUT OBLIGATION, UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTING THE AGREED CONDITIONS FOR IT AND CORRECTLY COMPLETING ALL THE DATA REQUESTED.

IN CASE YOU WANT TO RETURN IT, IT WILL HAVE NO COST EXCEPT THAT:

A-DO NOT DO IT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OR WITHIN THE PERIOD AGREED WITH OUR COMPANY

B- WE DO NOT RECEIVE IT IN THE SAME CONDITION OR WITH MISSING PARTS

IN ANY OF THESE SITUATIONS, THE CLIENT AGREES TO BE SENT THE CORRESPONDING INVOICE FOR THE TOTAL KIT AT THE AGREED PRICE, WHICH MUST BE PAID WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

A- THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CORRECTLY ENTERING THE FOLLOWING DATA: (1) Customer personal information (name, correct and complete address and shipping information), (2) Payment information (credit card number, expiration and code numbers).

1. TERMS:Past due balances negate the entitlement of any discounts and may cause interruption in service. Statements are issued on the last billing day of each month and payment is expected by the date given in the provided agreement. Any accounts that are past due may be charged an additional fee depending in the time taken to finalize payment. Any account past due cannot receive merchandise until their account is fully paid. In the case of an NSF check, a $35 fee will be assessed to the respective account. Any exception is subject to approval with written documentation. Customers are responsible to pick up the order from INFINIT LATAM CORPand for freight and foreign duties expenses.
2. COLLECTION:By ordering with INFINIT LATAM CORP you agree to pay the full amount of collection cost, court costs and legal fees if account is placed for collection due to non-payment. Both the “Ship to” and “Bill to” shall remain equally or separately responsible for all amounts due, until INFINIT LATAM CORP  has received payment in full. In case any of default in payment by either “Ship to” or “Bill to” party, INFINIT LATAM CORP  may decide to proceed at law against either one or both parties to collect all unpaid sum, and payment by either party to the other shall not be a defense.
3. E. CLAIM AND WRONG SHIPMENTS: Every transaction is thoroughly checked before departure. Any discrepancy must be reported within days after delivery
