EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS - EXCHANGES:

• Do you need to change or return something?

If you want to make an exchange or return of an INFINIT product, you must contact us at hello@infiniteyewear.com so that we can indicate the exchange or return procedure.

• What is your return policy?

We offer FREE returns for exchanges or store credit on all orders when claimed within 30 days of delivery of your order.

We also offer returns for a full refund if claimed within 14 days of delivery of your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return shipping labels for international returns. If you are returning a return from outside the US, please contact the shipping provider.

• How soon will I receive my refund?

Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

• What items are returnable?

Full-price items claimed within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition they arrived.
